Requirements:

* 2 year Experience.
* Should Speak English.
* Should work with Power grinder, Slicing machine, Band saw, Sausage machine, Salami mixer and cooker, Manual cutting utensil.
* Cut carcasses, sides and quarters, Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, Remove bones from meat, Cut poultry into parts, Grind meats, Make special sausages, Prepare special orders, Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
* Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, Wrap and package prepared meats.
* Basic security clearance.
* Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Fast-paced environment, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads, Hand-eye co-ordination.
* Oral communication, Working with others, Continuous learning.
* Only candidates who have experience with hand tools and machines will be considered for the position.
