Our Client Based In GTA Seeks:
Sales Executive, Training Solutions-Logistics.
The Sales Executive Will Be Responsible For Fuelling Our Growth By Developing
Relationships With New Clients In Assigned Territories. Will Use A Consultative Approach To Create Demand, Then Demonstrate Project Management Skills By Managing The Sales Cycle To A Successful Completion.
Key Responsibilities:
This Role Is Responsible For Managing The Entire Sales Cycle, From Prospecting Through Contract Signing. Specific Tasks Include:
* Qualify Prospects Within Assigned Territory By Identifying Potential Power Sponsors And Making Contact.
* Establish Rapport And Identify Pain Points For Prospects.
* Help Prospects Create A Vision Of A Solution Involving Our Services.
* Work With Sales Support To Engage Prospect In Trial Process, Leading To Successful Sale.
* Manage Customer Relationship After Contract Signing, With A View Towards Maintaining And Growing Revenue Stream From Customer.
* Use Existing Relationships To Identify Additional Prospects And Potential New Territories.
* Maintain Balance Of Prospects Across All Stages Of The Sales Cycle, Ensuring Current And Future Business Opportunities.
* Report Regularly On Status Of Pipeline, Including Projected Closing Dates And Deal Values As Appropriate.
* Work With Marketing To Continually Refine Sales Pitch And Collateral Based On Feedback From The Field.
* Support Marketing Through Appearances At Tradeshows And Other Industry Events.
* 10% Travel Through South Central Ontario (KW And London Areas Primarily).
* Periodic Travel For Tradeshows And Industry Events Outside Of Ontario Background.
* Solid Understanding Of Internet Technology And Web-based Service Models.
* A Post-secondary Education With Business Focus, Or Equivalent Experience.
* At Least Five Years Sales Experience, Primarily In The Enterprise Software Or
Professional Services Sector.
* At Least Two Years Experience Successfully Using Solution Selling, SPIN Selling, Or Other Industry-standard Methods.
* Experience Selling To The Transportation Sector (particularly Trucking Or Logistics) Is Strongly Preferred.
* Experience Selling Training Or HR Services Is An Asset.

* Enter Purchase Orders For Stock And Non-stock Items When Needed.
* Update Purchase Orders For Factory Short And Over Shipment. Skills/Qualifications This Position Requires Attention To Detail, Solid Analytical Skills,
And Good Oral And Written Communication Skills. Need To Be A Thorough, Consistent Team Player With A Professional Attitude.
Requires The Microsoft Office Package With Proficient Business Math Skills. Great Plains Experience Will Be Given Strong
